Erre by Ramon Freixa is a territory where the flavors of the Mediterranean and the Caribbean Cuisine come together. A classic, modern and minimalist decoration and a combination of the original plates of “haute cuisine,” in addition to a first class service, a select wine cellar and some of the best views of the city.
The restaurant is divided in four atmospheres: Tapas, the first atmosphere, to enjoy exquisite bites and also to enjoy some glasses before dinner. Bistronomico is the second atmosphere, between elegant and casual, with an innovative menu, where grilled meats and fish are prepared with olive oil to highlight its natural flavor. In Bistronomico the most fresh dishes of the city are offered. Gourmet is the most exclusive atmosphere. Here a tasting menu if offered where one can experience what Ramon Freixa calls “gastronomic experiences,” is very luxurious, synonym of “haute cuisine.” In the Erre Terrace you can enjoy plates from the restaurant, with a beautiful view to the Caribbean Sea, the “Cienaga de la Virgen” and the city. It is recommended to make a reservation.
